I'm just sooo fucking lax right now. It's like I have all these deadlines to complete, all these exams to study for. Yet, I can't bring myself to care properly. I am having such a "whatever" attitude, I'm starting to hate myself.
I tell you, I am the worst college student right now.

BAGUIO
I spent my weekend in Baguio and it was soooo much fun! ;) My boyfriend and four of his CSB friends had this photography assignment, and since my boyfriend happened to have a rest house there, and I happened to be his girlfriend, (lucky me eh?) I sorta just got thrown into the whole guest list.
I was actually supposed to attend AIESEC UPD's event at Absinth in GB3 on Saturday, but the trip was too much to just skip. Plus, who's complaining? I've never been to Baguio before. (My parents are the type of people who don't prioritize travelling to be part of their expenses, and I'm the type of person who'd rather spend her parents' money on beach trips, shopping and a little bit of alcohol on the side).
Anyway, the entire trip was anything but boring. We made the most of our time and barely slept. I watched while the others would photograph the native people, monuments, historical places, sunsets, souvenir shops and markets. We really toured the place, and I got to learn a little bit about photography in two days. We also ate big meals every 3 hours, and all of us agreed that the omelettes and waffles at Pizza Volante on Session Road were the best we've ever tasted. The Pinikpikan at Cafe by the Ruins tasted like hotdogs, but was good nevertheless, and their Mechado was anything but ordinary- it consisted of pot-roast pork with mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and buttered vegetables. (a far cry from the mechado I'm used to in Manila).
The best part was the night life. All except one of us got sooo wasted after chugging two barrels of San Mig Draft. We made fun of all the people on the dancefloor- from the "hif hoffers" to the yuppies, the oldies and the people who looked like they were born with two left feet. Things got a bit crazier after that, and the cab driver who took us home had to endure really really bad drunken singing for at least 20 minutes, and stupid drunken conversations everybody forgot the following morning.
Out of town trips are awesome. I think I'm at this point where I'm so inlove with life, and I'm so excited to discover new people, new places, and new experiences.
Now all I need is money. Cos I'm broke.
