    halloweenie weenie!!!

I love Halloween, but since I got here, I haven't been able to celebrate it like I used to. My past Halloweens consisted of my Dad driving me to Sar, where I would go trick or treating with my friends. There was this one British couple who once left their garage door open, and on the garage floor, they laid out garbage bags covered in a mountain of candy!!! They had to go somewhere for the night I guess, and didn't wanna leave the kids disappointed. Needless to say, we literally raided that garage! Haha... After trick or treating, we'd have a party in someone's house, still dressed in full costume, play games, tell scary stories, while sipping on pumpkin juice or apple juice. (Booze was non-existent... hehe)

It was sooo much fun back then! =)

I remember we once played this game called "Bite the apple" - (a bowl was filled with water, and an apple bobbed on it. The player had to try and get the apple using his teeth, with his/hands tied behind his back). Anyway, when it was Neil's turn, we were so hyped up, and Babz was running around videotaping everything. He zoomed in on Neil's ear and nostrils, as Neil was concentrating on getting the apple, and Babz kept on making side comments like, "Check out those flaming nostrils!!!" Haha. That made Neil laugh, and then, phlegm just shot out of his mouth and went straight to the bowl!

    Hahahahahahahaha!

There was like utter silence for 5 seconds before everyone, in unison, went....

    EEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!

Needless to say, nobody wanted to try his/her luck with the apple after that!!! Haha....

Some Halloweens, where we didn't feel like dressing up, I'd go with my friends while they threw eggs on passing cars. Of course I never joined in the egg throwing, (?!?) but it was fun running away from the cops all the same... Once, my classmate showed up at school the day after Halloween with a broken leg and his arm in a cast. (Result of climbing walls, and rolling around in bushes while he was running away from the police).

    Gosh!!! Those were real Halloweens!!!

It just isn't that way anymore.

Anyway, here are old Halloween pics. and other old high school pics. *siiiiigh*

    therapy!

So I woke up early today to go and meet the girls. The meeting that we've been planning forever but never got around to. I haven't seen Ralaine in over a year. Ruth, over THREE YEARS!!! Gosh! Have I been in the Philippines for THAT LOOONG? We watched "The 40-year old Virgin," in Gateway and it was coooool. We couldn't stop laughing and talking about it after... I was laughing sooo hard, the girls were like, "Errr... we don't know you!!!" Haha.

    Image hosted by Photobucket.com

Oh, and we took tons of photos. I SOOO LOVE THESE GIRLS! I miss high school I swear. We used to be such mallrats before, and all we did was talk about our old friends, laugh, and the stupid things we used to do. It was fun catching up.

Image hosted by Photobucket.comImage hosted by Photobucket.comImage hosted by Photobucket.com

Ruth had to leave early, so Ralaine came along with me to shop, BUT I COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING I wanted!!! (which is a record for me by the way, since I almost NEVER think twice about walking into a store and buying something off the racks). I even have this bad habit of walking into a store, then I see something I like, and pay for it immediately without trying it on! And that nasty habit explains why I have tons of clothes I have never used all hidden in my closet.

So we just bummed around at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and talked and talked and talked. And laughed and laughed and laughed. It's just so weird how I've known Ral since I was like 8 years old, and then 11 years later, we're still such good friends. In high school, we used to get into so much trouble, because we'd laugh at every single thing our teacher used to say. FOR NO REASON AT ALL! Me, Amz, and her made up the "laughing triangle," and I swear, we used to spend all 25 minutes of reccess just laughing our guts out over ANYTHING. We'd like see some geek walking past, and we'd laugh for no reason.... We were crazy. still are.

We talked about love... boys... and nasty nasty stuff we used to whisper to each other during sleepovers. Haha. We were like thinking... "OmyGod! We're sooo big na!" Our days used to consist of telephone marathons, playing with Barbies and drooling over the Backstreet Boys on MTV. Now life's sooo different, and instead of talking about just crushes, we actually have real someones to talk about.

When we parted ways, we hugged each other like 5 times, and wouldn't let go. I miss her loads! This guy was like staring at us, and he had a huge smile on his face. Faggot must have thought we were LESBIANS! Haha... Buti nalang there's LRT2 na so we can each other more often. WHY THE FUCK DID WE ONLY REALIZE IT NOW??? Haha...

Oh... and I finally KNOW why I've been feeling sooo ugly and crappy this past week. Why I've been bitching about everything... - i am a woman after all - =)

    just because im pissed....

... and I feel reeeeaaaalllly EVIIIIIL... I have decided to rant and rant and rant. So fuck off if you don't feel like listening to me whine. Cos this post is all about me complaining and whining.

    1) Spongecola and Hale- I have decided that I hate their stinkin guts. They make me vomit. They're scum between my toes. I can't believe I actually thought they were COOL! For Pete's sake! (slaps forehead!) It's a good thing their music is all about love, and is chock full of senti sap. And kids these days are just so gullible that they WILL swallow all that sap. I have come to a conclusion that too much sap is not good. And therefore, I have decided to delete all Spongecola and Hale songs from my OPM playlist in my iPod just because.

    2) The screwed up weather- Stupid stupid stupid! If that Xmen Storm woman actually exists, I swear I would've killed the bitch. I hate storms! I hate rains. I hate it more when it's all icky and disgusting outside and I get dirty once I step foot out the gate. HA! And I'm complaining about it BIG TIME today just because I'm in the nastiest of moods and I can't go shopping! bwiset bwiset bwiiiiiset!

    3) Harry Potter 6- (If you haven't read the book, don't bother reading my third rant at all). I hate super hate the plot. Just because I love Dumbledore, and the stupid git had to go and get himself killed. And I used to "reckon" the old man was of superior intelligence. The ending was such a bummer I swear. I felt like I wasted three days of reading, and it ended up being useless because Dumby is just sooo DUMB! Rawr! Then again, I was thinking, it's not a total loss after all. I mean, he gets to be in a portrait right? Meaning, he could still converse with people just like the Fat Lady. (diba? diba? diba?)

    4) Asian hip hoppers- Not that there's anything wrong with the music, but it's these Asians who try sooooo hard to copy them. Pretending to be "niggers" by donning huge basketball jerseys that are like a trillion times their size, and then they wear such HUGE FAKE silver bling blings and "bitin" pants. My God! They are sooooo NOT COOL! Then they take the jologs act a notch higher and speak nigga slang. They go "Sup sup yo?" and arrrrrggggh! I can't STAND THEM! I swear there should be a penalty or some sort of punishment for such lunatics. Is there something wrong with their brains? I swear... feeling nila dalang dala nila. And aside from their trying hard nigga speak, they CAN'T even speak proper English at all. rrrrrr....

    5) Boys- What I hate about them is that they are just so dense by nature. And I have only begun to realize just now, how this flaw of the opposite sex is really really, and I mean reeeeeallllllly getting on my nerves. I mean, obviously, girls being the the more sensitive species, just CANNOT go upto a guy and tell him straight out about something... so instead, she shows it through actions. And THESE BOYS just can't seem to get a clue! They sooo PRETEND like they don't notice shit when it's sooo friggin obvious already.

    6) People who don't reply to a text message- I honestly don't buy the "I don't have load" argument, because even when the person DOES finally have load, the said person STILL does not reply. I mean, what if it was an important text you know? I'd appreciate a reply as soon as possible anyway. It's common courtesy for an important text. Tapos, they make tampo pa na IKAW ang hindi nagpaparamdam. Nakakainis talaga! I mean, are you THAT lonely that you can't even make pa-text from your neighbour? But being the nice person that I am (most of the time with the exception of today), I usually just shrug their excuses off and say... "okay lang." Teamed up with a pilit smile.

    7) People who don't stick to their word- When you say you are gonna be there, you will, and for Pete's sake naman, YOU SHOULD! Otherwise, don't even open your gob muttering such nonsense promises that you're gonna break anyway. It's inconsiderate and extremely ruuuude. I might understand lateness pa, kasi well, the whole planet knows that I'm ALMOST ALWAYS late. (heh) But at least I let the person waiting for me know. There's a difference between showing up late and not showing up at all. (And yes, I am making patama to a certain person I know). I hope she reads this. Yes YOU.

And I shall stop at Number 7, because it's my favorite-est number.

aaaaaahhh... i feel much better now.

    BUM

I can't believe how I was sooo looking forward to a whole month of doing nothing, and now that I'm living that friggin' dream, I hate it. And now I'm starting to think that (GASP!!!) EVEN school was better than this.

Yes, I sound like a nerd.

    Anyway,

I cancelled my "date" for tonight because I promised my cousin that I'd be at her party. But, fuck it... I've been hit by the disease, "tamad-itis," and I'm just tooo tooo lazy to drag my ass anywhere but here. I'm starting to annoy myself, but really, my energy just flew out the window. I spend my days reading, watching telly, eating, sleeping, eating, playing SuperMario, eating, working out, and eating again.

I hate not having anything to do... and the people I was supposed to chill with this sem break are still stuck with school, or they have some fucked up sched that I can't live with.

    Anyway,

I'm too lazy to blog some more. Must go back to reading Harry potter.

    so what?

Thank God he doesn't like to read... or I would have embarrassed myself if ever he chances upon this blog. Heh.

    Anyway,

    I have the weirdest idea.

I want to get my navel re-pierced.

Yep... re-pierced. Meaning it's been pierced before and I wanna get it pierced again. I can just imagine myself screaming again/ crying again in pain. Haha. Might get around to it after Christmas hols though. After that, I'm gonna swear off body art, and I swear NEVER to think about it again.

    inuman na!

Last night the girls and I headed down to Meat Shop for some good ol' drinking as our way of celebrating the end of the sem. ;) We got sooo drunk, we were just laughing our heads off for no reason at all. And we took the stupidest pictures most of which I wouldn't dare show off to cyber space. Hehe.

    s.t.a.r.s.t.r.u.c.k.

Its strange how we PRETEND to be soooo high class all the time so when we spot an artista, we PRETEND that it's no big deal. But the minute you actually catch a glimpse of one, you just CAN'T HELP but steal glances. Or if you're as tactless as I am, you can't help but blurt out the artista's name and squeal right there and then, in front of them!

Heh. I am soooo JOLOGS. Haha. Aminado ako!

Yesterday, at Terranova, I happened to see Aubrey Miles asking the saleslady to give her a discount on these pair of boots she wanted to buy. She was with Troy Montero, and although I am sooo NOT a fan, I pretended to be interested in a pile of army shirts, while stealing glances at the beautiful couple. ;) Apparently, my friend Crystal noticed, and kept poking me and going "Uuuuuy... STARSTRUCK!" And I'm like, "WHAT? Hindi ah!"

Then later, as we were walking by Glorietta, we happened to see Carlos Agassi going in Gold's Gym carrying this huge duffel bag. He was dressed in gym gear, and you could'nt help but notice his huge biceps. I was in a state of shock, and as tactless as I was, I squealed... "OY SI..." Carlos turned to look at me, and I just stood there, mouth open wide. Embarrassed.

But that soooo does not compare to the time when I was going down the escalator in the same mall, and Jon Hall happened to go up the escalator to my side. I turned to look at him, and I was soooo unable to control myself. I screamed, and was like, "OMYGOD! It's Jon Hall! It's Jon Hall!" while jumping up and down. He was surprised, and he looked at me, and the friend he was with had a huge smile on his face! Good God! (slaps forehead) I can be the world's biggest SCANDALOSA!

And then, one time, while I was riding a jeep to SM, Bruce Quebral happened to get in and sat right there in front of me! I was in shock, and although I pretended I wasn't into basketball stars, and didn't know him, my insides were doing flipflops in total giddyness. I texted my friend right then and there and was like, "Shet shet shet! Katapat ko si Bruce Quebral sa jeep! Shet shet shet! Amfogi! Shet shet shet!" Haha.

Tapos, when you're in places like Starbucks and an artista or artistas walk in, it's sooo funny how the coffee junkies just shush up and turn to look. Tapos they PRETEND like it's nothing and PRETEND to concentrate on their books. But really, you see them nudging their friends and talk in whispers about how they always watch so and so artista's teleserye, and then they just giggle in whispers out of giddyness. I literally just freeze on the spot, and sometimes, when I happen to see an artista in the same aisle I'm in while grocery shopping, I linger in the same aisle for a bit longer, even though I don't plan on grabbing anything to put in my shopping basket.

I am such a dork. But when it comes to moments like these... even though you are so not a fan, you just can't help but get all giddy and think about how lucky you are. Baduy as it may seem, hey, seeing an artista, especially one you admire or have been crushing on for the longest time- does NOT happen everyday.

    sleepless in quezon city

I never used to have trouble sleeping EVER! So why the hell am I having trouble now? Last night was the worst. I stayed awake for 4 hours, cos I just couldn't float off to dream land. I think I tossed around in bed 100 times trying to get the most comfortable sleeping position. I was still awake when the sun came up, and when the crows next door started, uhm, crowing! I swear, their crowing never used to bother me... but last night, I had evil, oh so very eviiiiiiiil thoughts of sneaking next door and killing them fucking crows!(No violent reactions from PETA supporters please. (Of course I wouldn't murder the pests. Wishful thinking. Cut me some slack) I kept on swearing at them and thought of talking to the neighbours about investing in muzzles for their noisy best friends. I've never hated a crow/chicken/cock (whatever term they're calling themselves these days) ever in my entire life! If this sleeping nonsense keeps up, and them birds give me a hard time, I have a good mind to boycott chicken, and never indulge in a bucket of KFC, ever, ever again. I kid you not.

I swear, this never used to happen. I sure hope that some guy who's super cute and super hot is thinking of me... cos not getting sleep over some ugly dufus is a painful thought. (Isn't there a saying that when you can't bloody sleep, someone's thinking of you nonstop?) I used to looooove going to bed, and could sleep through a storm or an earthquake. Hell, even an explosion... and I used to get super pissed when someone woke me up, and end up being all bratty the entire day. Why is this happening to me??? It's SEM BREAK for Pete's sake!

    Rrrrrrr....

    tama na yan!

I am now in my parents' house spending the first night of my sem break unwinding away from the college atmosphere of Katipunan. I normally hate commuting all the way here, but this time, I'm actually starting to appreciate being in other places. It's a nice change. Having nothing to do. Lying in bed and listening to my iPod and the sound of the rain pouring outside. It's nice to be able to sleep tonight not having to think about what exam I'm going to be having tomorrow, or what to wear to school. ;)

I've got tons of things all planned for this sem break. Things I've been planning to get around to doing for ages. I can finally treat my nails to a mani and a pedi, get a facial, go to Enchanted Kingdom, and clean up all the mess that has accumulated in my room. I swear... I have loads of pictures to upload from my digicam but I can't seem to find my USB port wire thingy. *sigh*. And this sem break, I'm gonna be meeting up with old friends and catch up on their lives (something I haven't been able to do cos of school).

Now all I have REALLY worry about is where the hell will I get the money to finance all my plans. I hope I can finally master the art of budgeting my dough this time around.

    default rocks

I just got my new laptop and I am so so so so so so SO in love. =) I feel like such a spoilt brat these days... heh. Now, I'm thinking what new gadget to get next... (i.e- what to get for my birthday). I haven't decided on whether I should get a new iPod accessory or whether I'll go for a portable mini DVD player with the screen... (something to bring along to my trips, or when I have huge vacant hours).

anyway... i don't have anything else substantial to type about so there.
