yiheeee. artista. ;p
I have another famous friend! Hahahaha. My former neighbor and childhood playmate, Melissa Polinar has made it big already in the US as a musician, and I am so so sooo proud! ;) Even when we were little kids, she was always singing or playing the piano or guitar or violin, and I'm so glad that everything's going well for her. Hopefully, she makes it big internationally too. I found her profile on Myspace, and we finally managed to keep in touch after so many years. (Thank God for the internet). ;)
Besides looking absolutely gorgeous, her music rocks too! Think Michelle Branch with a soul/ jazz twist combining the likes of Diana Krall and Etta James. Do check her and her music out on www.myspace.com/melissapolinar
or visit www.melissapolinar.com
or simply google her, cos she's very google-able. Hehe.

The past few days have been insanely boring. Haha. I have officially turned into the world's biggest couch potato who has been dodging finals left and right, and putting work off for tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. So TOMORROW, I swear to God I am gonna bury my head into my Algebra book and STUDY!
Our apartment is LITERALLY going to the dogs. My sister's boyfriend is leaving for 2 weeks and he left his baby pug with us. I loooove pugs, but THIS pug is the wimpiest dog on the face of the planet! You leave him for one second and he starts crying. NON-STOP I tell you! It drives meinsane. Plus, he's just soooo maarte. He doesn't eat anything except Pedigree dogfood and drinks nothing except Nestrogen and water. We have to be extra careful to NOT walk around barefoot because stepping into a pool of dog pee and dog shit inside the house is NOT uncommon. So basically, now we're living with TWO dogs... and the house absolutely REEKS!
his name is GWAPO by the way. Hahaha. We just adore teasing him.Prison Break just blew my head CLEAN SHIT OFF! I just finished Season 2's Episode 7, and my mind is just soooo messed up with suspense! I still cannot get over it! Oh, and I just downloaded the very first Episode of SUPERNATURAL, and I looooove it! I cannot believe I have more reasons to stay home and be a total bum! I am soooo INLOOOOVE with Jensen Ackles!!! He just makes my heart melt with his bad boyishness, and wit! ;) I like I like. ;)

"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failure, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill... The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me and ninety percent how I react to it. And so it is with you."

I'm so tired. I walked around the campus today. From Commonwealth to Math. To A.S, and back to Commonwealth. And if you know my school, you know how FAR that is! I thought I could do with a bit of exercise since I had a four hour break with absolutely nothing to do. But that stupid storm made the trees fall and got in the way of all the shortcuts! The worst thing is, I almost fainted along the way. I swear there must be something wrong with me. Walking long distances makes me feel weak, and everything starts to go black, and I go temporarily deaf. The feeling doesn't fade away until I've sat down and eaten something. I thought at first that it must have something to do with my bad eating habits and my counting calories all the time.... but noooo.... cos I just ate before I took that long walk. Anyway......that is life. haha.
I swear to God Manila is one big friendster, and it's getting smaller and smaller by the minute! I get this ecstatic thrill when I find out that a person I've just met knows a friend of mine... etc etc. It's the coolest thing in the world cos it's just so random. Hehe.
And speaking of Friendster. Someone sent me hate mail the other day. Saying all these nasty things about me. That I'm like this and like that and oooh, it's all just so stalker-ish, it's actually funny instead of insulting. It gives me this certain 'happiness' that I have THAT much impact on a person I have never met in my ENTIRE YOUNG LIFE! Dear Lord, I feel POPULAR! Hahahaha. ;) So to YOU, (cos you may be reading this right now), feel free to send me another hate message because it seriously makes my day! ;)
